‘Shesh i Bardhë’ wine is produced from the autochthonous Albanian grape variety of Shesh i Bardhe vineyard. The vinification process is carried out at a controlled temperature and the entire production system is certified with the iso safety standard iso 22000. It is advisable to accompany it with cooking of fish, seafood, fresh cheeses.
